答案     The two maps illustrate the changes of the same island before and after the construction of some transport and service buildings.
    We can see from the first map that before development, the island is about 260 meters long. It has a few trees in the eastern and western part. Furthermore, a small beach is located in the west of the island.
    It can be seen from the second map that some accommodation houses are built, surrounding the trees in the west. A footpath is constructed, linking the accommodation to the beach where a swimming zone can be seen. To the east of the accommodation, there is a reception which is surrounded by a vehicle track road. Another road is built, which connects the reception with the south pier for tourist sailing. A restaurant is established in the north of the island and the center of the island is also designed to supply housing for tourists.
    In conclusion, there are significant changes in the whole island after these developments.
