There is a reading plan where students are given books to read. After reading and discussing the books, they can exchange them for new books. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this plan.

And the disadvantage, discussing the books for new ones after reading might be troublesome than just reading the books alone, because students have to spend time to discuss the books with others.
