In a suburb of Sarajevo a shelling attack has killed at least ten people including three children. They were in a crowd waiting for a distribution of UN food supplies. Bosnia-Herzegovina’s government says the United Nations must take action against such outrages. The Muslim-led government blames Bosnian Serbs for the attack. The Serbs say they are not responsible because the shells came from an area they do not control.  Bosnia’s three warring sides resume peace talks in Geneva next Thursday.
