答案                    How to Handle Stress in Our Life?
   These days when men and women talk about ruthlessness in their lives, they generally mentioned the  word "stress". It is commonly believed that with the fast pace of life, modem people are frequently under stress. Therefore, how to deal with stress becomes important for modem people. The most common types of stress we face are with work or study, with friends or family-members and with ourselves.
   To begin with, work-related or study-related stress is the most common but the easiest to combat, With  the increasing fierce competition between people, we are forced to do a lot of workload or study-load in a limited time. To survive in the world, we have to do our best to finish the assignments in no time. However, if we can learn to be optimistic and alter our attitude towards work and study, we will feel much less stressed. Work is not only the way to earn a living, but also our experience in the society. Bearing this in mind, we will enjoy work. Sometimes, if really stressed out, we can just put down the work and get up from our desk to have a rest and relieve the pressure.
   What’s more, stress caused by friends or family-members is more difficult to handle. In many circumstances,  we will compare with our friends and feel disadvantaged to them, theretbre we get stressed. In other cases, in order to make our family live a better life, we put much pressure on ourselves and struggle to make more money. Nevertheless, we should understand that everyone is unique in the world. Someone is advantaged in one aspect, but others are outstanding in another. As long as we live happily with our friends and family and satisfy with the happiness, we are successful.
   In addition, stress caused by ourselves is also evident. Much too often it is we that get ourselves tired  and nervous. We devote ourselves to a goal which is beyond our ability to achieve. The more difficult the task is, the more stress we will experience. But we should keep in mind, "Enough is as good as a feast; you may go farther and fare worse. " The most important thing in the world is the sense of happiness. If we can feel the sense, other things are meaningless, so we needn’t make ourselves stressed.
   It is important to try to lead a stress-free life. If you can avoid stress by waking away from it, talking through it or facing it head on, your health, personality and relationships will benefit.
