答案                              Which Weighs More---School Brand or Major?
     There is always a heated discussion among students about which weighs more school brand or major. The answer turns out to be different. However, I prefer to major.
     There are two reasons to explain my view. Firstly, the most important motivation for study is interest. If I want to be enrolled into a famous university only for its fame or reputation, without considering my major, I will not make great achievements in my academic study because all the courses I have to learn are not what t re ally want to learn. Thus to select a major that you are interested in is more important than to select school brand. Secondly, a good major implies that what I will learn is helpful for my future development. Therefore it will arouse my interest to study more. And I will try my best to concentrate my mind on my study.
     In a word, school brand is nothing more than a kind of fame. But major is something very practical. Therefore in my opinion, major weighs more.
