Dear Administrator of Library,
    I am from the English Department of our university. I am writing this letter to discuss the book purchase of the library with you. We found that some reference books in our library are unavailable and some versions are outdated. And students’ personal purchase may not be a feasible solution due to the high price or some books being unavailable in domestic market. Thus I sincerely hope you can purchase and update the relevant books, please see more details in the booklist enclosed. Thank you for your time and kind consideration.
