Besides, the whole process is the same as applying for jobs in private sectors. Through the exam, university graduates can make good preparations for their future career goals, and sometimes the result is not so important.

Besides, some positions have less mobility and prospect of promotion, and the salary is on the average level, not so encouraging when compared with that in some private sectors. Thirdly, the conception of equating being a civil servant with success can mislead graduates into choosing government positions irrelevant to their majors, which will cause a waste of manpower.
   In conclusion, university graduates should pursue government posts in a proper manner. The stability and welfare of a job are important, but they should not be the only elements to be taken into account when a graduate looks for a job.
