答案     Nowadays, whether to postpone retirement age is becoming a hot topic among people. Some people think it wise to delay retirement age, while others hold different views.
    There are advantages and disadvantages of raising the retirement age. On the one hand, the trend of aging of the population is becoming more and more serious, and delaying retirement age can mitigate pension payment problem. At the same time, as social productive forces is developing and people’ s life quality is improving, people’ s working ability and physical quality have been greatly improved, which create good conditions for delaying retirement age. And many people can continue their favourite work for another 5 years. On the other hand, postponing the retirement age will aggravate the contradiction of oversupply of labor force and cause more graduate college students can’ t find a job.
    In my view, we should take this view into two sides. If those seniors are in good condition and have enthusiasm for work, we should advocate and encourage them to work and perform their tasks. If not, it is advisable for the society to create a comfortable twilight for them and let old people live a hopeful and colourful life.
