   Individuals are not real individuals. We’ re connected with each other in an organic way. It is absolutely that we all have the chance to come across conflicts with our friends. Then how do we address the unavoidable issue?
   To start with, it is important to hold a positive attitude since conflicts can not be avoided. With a positive attitude, you could focus mainly on how to settle this issue. You can treat this issue with different points of view. Consequently, the conflict will be solved with a better solution.
   What’ s more, think of what others might think is helpful and think twice before act. When both parties are under a conflicting situation, both are in bad emotions, like anger, self-denied feeling, hatred and so on. As we all know, bad emotions might lead to bad results. Then, it is important to overcome these emotions. One of the effective ways is regarding yourself as the other and figuring out ways to solve.
   To conclude, learning to solve conflicts is an essential course in our growing up process.
