    The sport people first think of when taking about the cartoon Slam Dunk must be basketball. It is my favorite sport.
    The game of basketball was invented by James Naismith in United States. The game does not require complicated equipments. As long as there are basketball stands, all the equipment you need is a basketball. As for the clothes, almost any sports wears will do. That may be one reason for its popularity around the world among people of all ages.
    The goal of basketball is to try to score points against the other team by propelling a ball through a high hoop. In the game, besides the graceful actions and the vigor, teamwork is also worth your appreciation. The spirit of teamwork is a must in basketball teams.
    Although it is lifeless, basketball is the best friend of mine. It is the one who cheers me up when I am down, a source of sunshine when I am not feeling so good.
