   This letter is in response to your advertisement in the Monday, January 31, New York Times.
   I believe that I may have the qualifications you are seeking. I have worked in advertising for six years, beginning as a secretary and working my way up to my current position as an administrative assistant with a major Madison Avenue Agency. My responsibilities include preparing dossiers (档案材料) on clients and product research, typing and light editing of progress reports, and client contact, primarily by telephone.
