Unlike people, robots don’t take lunch breaks, sick leaves or any vacation(假期). A robot can work 24 hours a day in unpleasant surroundings(环境), and never goes on strike. In short, it can do the dirty and dangerous work that humans won’t or can’t do.
    But robots can’t think for themselves. They can only respond to things and ways that have been programmed(编程序) by human, and they can’t feel emotions. After all, a robot is a computer-con- trolled instrument(工具，手段) to accomplish the task humans set for it.
