    On May 10 I bought one of your computers from a big shopping mall. Unfortunately the computer broke down the next day. I tried to restart the system but failed. I am rather disappointed with my purchase.
    On the advice of the manager from the shopping mail. I am sending the computer to you by EMS. Please fix it or replace it with a new one and return it to me as soon as possible.
