    Even at this moment many of the earth’s natural treasures are being destroyed, are being cut down in large amounts so that some of the richest soil had been lost and vast areas that were once fertile lands have been turned into barren deserts. It is becoming more and more difficult to grow enough food to feed much of the earth’s population. The situation is getting out of hand. Time is running out. And it is high time men did something to reverse the trends which threaten their very existence.
