    Nowadays, there are more and more disagreements between young people and parents concerning choosing a career. Consequently, either sticking to our own decision or following our parents’ arrangement has sparked a heated discussion.
    Some argue that whatever parents say or do is out of love and worth considering. There is no denying that parents have more experience. That an old man’s sayings are seldom untrue is often cited to prove the importance of following parents’ arrangement. However, others hold that as young people, we should strive for the ideal, and we are the master of our youth. Undoubtedly, we must dominate our future by ourselves rather than by our parents.
    From my personal perspective, though either side makes sense to a certain extent, only focusing on one aspect will prove to be inadequate to make a right decision. Only by making a balance between parents’ arrangement and our ideal can we make a reasonable choice about careers.
