答案    With the increasing diversity and rapid changes in our society, interacting with others is becoming more and more complex and difficult. According to a survey conducted by He bei University, many college-age students regard interpersonal relationship as the biggest problem.
   There are many factors resulting in young people’ s bad interpersonal relationship. First of all, most college students are the only child their families which focus simply on themselves. Besides, those who don’ t know how to express themselves can’t deal with their interpersonal relationship. Finally, because of the lack of social skills, they are often rejected by others, which gives them even fewer chances to learn how to interact with others.
   Taking the factors mentioned above into consideration, I think it is high time to take effective measures to solve this problem. Firstly, universities had better build up organizations to help deal with matters that college students encounter when communicating with others. Secondly, students should express themselves bravely. Only in this way can the interpersonal relationship between college students be better.
