答案           On Undergraduates’ Renting Apartment outside the Campus
    As we know, the phenomenon that an ever increasing number of college students, especially juniors and seniors, rent apartments outside the campus is becoming so popular that it has become the centre of heated discussions among the general public in our society.
    When asked about the reasons, some students claim it is the only way they can enjoy a quiet environment during the period of preparing for TOEFL，GRE or other examinations. Some other students argue that there are too many rules and regulations in the dormitory, so they chose to live outside the campus.
    Despite the reasons above, a large number of people such as teachers and parents have shown their worries and disagreement about it. They hold that many undergraduates are not able to control themselves in the face of temptations once they are given free rein to. Actually many of those who live outside end in failure in their study or even drop out due to playing PC games，cohabitation or just idling  about. Moreover rent usually adds a heavy burden to the lives of students, who are not yet ready to make  a living themselves.
    Therefore, in my point of view, renting an apartment outside the campus is far from adequate. So it should not be encouraged.
