Today’ s job market changes so rapidly that waiting more than 72 hours to inform a candidate how he or she did in an interview is an eternity (永远). Many candidates have multiple interviews within one or two days and plan to take the first job offered that meets their salary and benefit demands. Hired or not, as a candidate, it is much easier to keep a positive frame of mind about a company that is responsive, shows an interest in your success as an individual, and provides feedback (反馈) about an interview within one or two days.
