答案     Cheating on exams is becoming a serious problem on campus. 23% of students have ever been found doing so on their exams. Some of them copy from each other, some take out their textbooks or reference books to copy, still some use the modem communication tools such as mobile phone as a way to get related information. It is obvious that cheating on exams has bad effect on students’ academic performances as well as morality practice.
    Many remarkable factors contribute to the cheating in exams.  First, some students just play time away and want to pass the exam without efforts. And some students are under great pressure from parents and they fear to fail the exams. Second, college or universities must bear the blame for their placing more emphasis on grades than learning.  Rigid grading system pro motes cheating.
    How can such an unhealthy phenomenon be eliminated? In my opinion, there are two ways we can adopt.  First of all, a severe punishment should be put into effect to prevent students from cheating. In addition, we should reform our examination system to make it a real effective tool to measure students’ abilities.
