    In China, being below 25 and unmarried were necessary conditions for a college applicant. But starting from 2001, there haven’t been such rules any more. On the other hand, young students may benefit from studying with adult students.
    However, some experts also admit that this policy will cause problems relating to the management of schools. Besides, some parents worry that the admission of those adults into the college might reduce their children’s chances of getting into colleges. Despite these problems, restrictions are being loosened and more and more adult students will study in colleges and universities.
