    In fact, sports and games can be of great value. For one thing, sports can build our bodies, prevent us from getting too fat, and keep us healthy. What’s more, the chances of getting sick are decreased greatly by doing exercises. Moreover, sports can also give us valuable practice in helping eyes, brain and muscles to work together.
    As college students, we are supposed to take an active part in the sports. On the one hand, our body and soul can be relaxed. On the other hand, sports are also very useful for character-training, through which we may learn about such virtues as courage, discipline and teamwork spirit.
