    The problem mentioned above will generate severe consequences if we keep turning a blind eye to it. For one thing, it will waste lots of resources. For another, the environment will be polluted by the discarded rubbish.
    It is essential that effective measures should be taken to stop the tendency. First and foremost, the public should establish the concept of saving food and develop a new lifestyle that can fight against the behavior of excessive buying and ordering. Moreover, all levels of government should increase investment in the garbage sorting as well as the development of new technologies to improve the recycling of food waste. It is high time that the public and government made combined efforts to put an end to the waste of food.
