One can easily communicate or share documents with his coworkers through the network. Secondly, it saves a lot of money. An office is "paperless" only when it uses no or very little paper, thus reducing the cost of paper. Besides, it also saves the cost to deliver messages between departments.
    Though computer can’t entirely replace paper in an office, it’s still very useful. Paperless is the inevitable trend for offices. The earlier we go paperless, the earlier we can adapt to it.
