    Everybody in the world hopes to keep healthy. Without a healthy body, one couldn’t even live a normal life, let alone a happy one.
    There are several ways to keep healthy. To begin with, one should do regular physical exercise, through which one can not only keep himself in good physical condition but also stay in a good mood every day. In addition, having a balanced diet is also very helpful in keeping healthy. According to a recent survey conducted by the WHO, taking too much fat accounts for 34.7 percent of the diseases that people suffered from in the year 2013. What’s more, one should pay attention to avoiding too much pressure.
    As for me, I play table tennis for an hour every day and keep a good mood, which helps me stay in good health.
