   In the last few decades, living standards have been greatly improved. While enjoying the material life, however, people have begun to feel increasingly stressful. This issue has aroused much concern in the society.
   To my best knowledge, a variety of factors are responsible for this phenomenon, as listed below. To begin with, competition in the workplaces puts heavy pressures on people’ s shoulders. Interpersonal relationships, for instance, are sometimes overwhelming for office workers. What’ s more, there are financial pressures for most people due to the rising living expenses. Last but not least, family responsibilities like taking care of parents or children may also produce stresses.
   To my best understanding, the following approaches can be figured out to address the problem. In the first place, we are supposed to be realistic about our goal, which can help avoid unnecessary worries. In the second, it is advised that we relieve our stresses by taking physical exercises, listening to light music or simply talking to our friends. In the third, it is sensible that we consult some psychologists for advice on how to overcome the negative mood. Only by adopting these measures, can we resolve the problem effectively and efficiently.
