Let me give you an example of renovating buildings for a new use. They came up with this plan based on the good features of the factory: the tall ceiling was good for sound effects and the big windows on the wall were good for enjoying the view outside. The renovation process was quite successful. The construction workers built a big stage in the front and the huge space in the factory can accommodate 1,500 people. They equipped the theater with an excellent stereo system which worked pretty well in the factory’s huge space. Viewers felt satisfied with this new theater and it did not cost much money to build it.
