问题    With more and more university students graduating every year, it is more and more difficult for the graduates to find a job. Some students say they should stick to their ideals, while others say they should find a job first no matter whether the job can help them to realize their ideals. 答案                    Should the Ideal Make Way for a Job?
   Compared with previous years, our country is now seeing a flood of university graduates in contrast to  the decrease of job vacancies in various industries. To make it worse, some businesses even have shut down and more businesses are laying off part of their employees owing to the economic crisis. The graduates will have to face greater difficulty in seeking jobs than before. Being enmeshed in this difficult situation, some say we should pursue our ideals, others say we should find a job first no matter whether the job is related with the ideal. Concerned with this issue, I am quite in favor of the latter due to the following two reasons.
   First, not all people can realize their ideals, and one’s initial ideal is not always the best choice for  himself. For most university students, their expectation for their future career is to become the leading elite in the industry related to their majors or they are interested in. However, looking at the career market, you will find that a lot of celebrities find their suitable choices after their graduation because they didn’t know themselves adequately when in school. What you plan or dream to do when you are a student is unnecessarily the most suitable choice for you. Time waits for nobody, and grasping the available opportunity to realize your life value is the most important thing. If ideal cannot conform with reality, we should find another more realistic ideal to struggle for.
   Second, doing a job that you have never dreamed of before is a nice opportunity to discover your unknown  potential. Today, people with special talent and ability, and even outstanding personality are urgently needed in crisis. If you always keep to your initial ideal, those opportunities will be let slip by you, not to say the realization of your life value. What a job can bring you cannot be attained in the process of looking for it, but only by doing the job you get, which is maybe not you want at first, can you locate the area that is most suitable for yourself.
   In conclusion, we are having a hard time now, but hope exists all the time everywhere for those who  know the situation and themselves well. Choose one direction "after careful analysis. You will find there is always a position for you whatever the situation could be. Just as an old saying goes "Opportunity favors only the prepared mind" , so if you want to be successful, please go to work and get yourself ready!
