International mediators have postponed peace talks on Bosnia-Herzegovina after the republic’s capital suffered its heaviest day of shelling in weeks. Mediators David Owen and Thorvald Stoltenberg said the warring parties have agreed to meet in Geneva Sunday rather than Friday. They said Bosnia President Alija Izetbegovic requested the changes saying he will not attend until fighting around Sarajevo ends.  Serb shells pounded the city Thursday as fighting raged in nearby hills.
