According to the passage, "scheduling" means that you [br]
Life is very stressful nowadays, so it is useful for us to talk about how to cope with stress. If you want to reduce some stress, you can reduce this by the word S-TR-E-S-S, that’s stress. Let’s begin with the "S". "S" is that you can have the "scheduling", for example, you don’t have to schedule too many things in your day and if you feel you are too busy, you can cut out an activity or two.
And "T" is "treat your body well", because experts say that exercise can reduce stress and also if you eat healthy food, then your brain and your body get the nourishment they need.
The next letter is "R", "R" means "relax". You can do an activity you enjoy or that relaxes you, maybe you can read a book or learn a new hobby and even spend time with your pet and that could make a difference.
And the next letter is "E". "E" is about " expectations", this means be realistic about yourself and others. So you can just do your best and don’t try to be perfect and don’t expect others to be too…that will release and reduce a lot of stress for you and the people around you.
And the next letter is "S". "S" stands for "sleep". If you get a good night’s sleep, then it will keep your mind and your body in shape.
And the last letter is "S" again, which means "smile". If you smile and have confidence, you will think in a more positive way and then you will feel more comfortable when you are coping with the stress.
选项
A、one’s position.
B、one’s interest.
C、one’s health.
D、one’s mood.
答案
A
解析
短文中关于解压的方式,提到You can do an activity you enjoy即与[B]one’s interest 有关;get a good night’s sleep及smile则涉及了[C]one’s health和[D]one’s mood,未涉及one’s position相关信息,所以[A]为答案。
