     In today’s society, students who are hunting for jobs pay more attention to the salary of the job rather than their satisfaction with the job. Also, many people believe that if the salary is high, the job is very satisfactory. In my opinion, money cannot be compared with job satisfaction, and job satisfaction is much more important than the salary.
     It’s no denying that it is a nice thing if the boss pays high salary to you. But ff the job is very hard to do and you have no interest in it, can it be called a good job for you? I think job satisfaction is more important because if you’re satisfied with your job you will have great interest in it when you are working. As a result, work will be a kind of happiness to you. Besides, job satisfaction includes more things such as the city you work in, the environment and relationship with colleagues. Compared with money, these factors are much more important to a person’s career development. As long as the money is enough for you to live well, the salary is not so important as job satisfaction.
     Job satisfaction includes many things. And whether you can work happily depends on that. It’s more important than the salary of the job.
