M: Yes. This is Friendship International Travel Service from New Jersey. I’m Roger. We have a series groups visiting Hong Kong this year. The first group consisting of 28 tourists and one leader will arrive in Hong Kong on May 2. I’d like to book 14 standard rooms for them.

M: At least three days. Is that OK?
W: Of course. 15 standard rooms with one free for tour guide for two days on May 2 and May 3.
M: What does the standard room cost?
W: It’s ＄ 60 per day.
M: Is there any special rate for a group reservation?
W: Yes. But you have to talk it with our manager.

W: Since you are making a group reservation from the US, I am afraid you have to remit us five percent of the total cost as a deposit and pay the rest upon arriving.
