    On January 11, 2011, Tang Qun announced on the 9th Annual Festival of IT Industry that the significant impact the Internet has brought on our life is beyond imagination. Another survey conducted by an American consulting company named Gallop showed that 70% of the netizens said that the Internet is greatly influencing their life. The impact can be seen as follows;
    First, the Internet has made people’s life more convenient and swift. Online shopping, online hospitalizing, teaching, official business, meeting, and chat are all available nowadays, which not only saves a plenty of precious time but also frees people from trouble.
    Furthermore, the Internet has entertained people with diverse movies, games and appreciation of art and meanwhile enriched people with all-round knowledge and various cultures from different parts of the world.
    Finally, the Internet has narrowed the distance and gap between people. On the one hand, people can have access to friends afar without the confinement of regions. On the other hand, communication between the general public and the government can be easier since online petition, which makes the common people more frank, is more efficient and less time-consuming.
    However, the Internet is a double-edged sword. Negative effects emerge badly such as alienation of families and friends, epidemic of virtual ills, online crimes and moral crisis, etc. Therefore, we should neither blame the Internet nor hold over-optimistic attitude. I think, if we can keep alert on the matters above, we will enjoy the benefits the Internet has enabled us to share.

    解决方案：1．互联网用户应当提高安全防范意识，学会用法律手段维护个人隐私安全；2．青少年应自觉抵制不良信息的影响，提高判断是非的能力；3．合理分配上网时间，多与亲友交流，保证生活质量的提高。
    范文采取互联网正反影响相结合的方式，重点突出积极影响中的2、3、4，并结合消极影响中的1、2、4进行写作。
