    First of all, students would get some basic knowledge and coping tactics in psychological courses. Psychological courses provide them with a measuring ruler, with which students can understand themselves better. For instance, if they learn about some early symptoms of a certain mental disorder, they can seek professional help when they need, before it is too late.
