    The federal government wants to help you repair and remodel your home. Regardless of how long you have owned your home, it’s location or condition, or your ethnic background, age, income or marital status, you may be eligible. The purpose of this program is in encourage energy conservation and neighborhood preservation. Title 1 government insurance now allows home owners to make improvements to $25,000. Improvements may include windows, room conversions, baths, kitchens, roofing, and doors. The work must be done by lender approved contractors.
                    RETAIL INSTALLMENT AGREEMENT
    For my records, the Jefferson Company will send an invoice (发货单) along with my order that will indicate the cash price, shipping and handling, amount financed, total sale price, finance and charge, and annual percentage rate for each item. It will also indicate the number and amount of monthly installments and the amount of sales lax, where applicable.
