    Nowadays, a new problem appears when the largest mass migration of people is ongoing in China. Though both the cities and the migrant workers can benefit from this movement, it still leaves some problems for the countryside.
    To solve these problems, measures should be taken to seek for a balance. Firstly, the countryside needs to improve its environment of employment. Government should create more job opportunities. Better allowances and higher revenues for farmers will give them more hope in land cultivation.
    Secondly, the cities can give aid to the countryside in technology and investments to make countryside more attractive for people in the cities. Besides, it will also improve the economy of the villages and be beneficial to the goal of common prosperity.
    Lastly, education in the countryside needs to be improved. On the one hand, government can provide more access to regular education for children of migrant workers in the cities. On the other hand, schools in the countryside should arrange more teachers and better facilities to ensure proper education for village children.
    In a word, both the cities and the countryside should make efforts to achieve the balance in the mass migration.
