答案     Many people have the dream of starting their own business. While for some this dream might just be a fantasy, for others it has already become a reality. Then, what are the pros and cons of being one’s own boss?
    Personal and financial freedom is probably what motivated many people to start their own business. After all, being able to go wherever one want and make whatever decision one wish is much more better than working in a poorly paid yet emotionally unrewarded post.
    Nevertheless, being one’s own boss means more than just becoming financially and emotionally stimulated. As a mater of fact, almost nine out of ten businesses fail in their first year. Firstly, there will always be risk for starting one’s own business. Secondly, tremendous amount of stress and responsibility will go with the starting process.
    To sum up, whether working for oneself is better that working for others or not, to a large extent, depends on what the person in question think about its advantages and disadvantages.
