Dear Miss Amber Starr,
    I am the monitor of your Tuesday English class. I’m writing to invite you to our party.
    Since the students are also new on this campus, we would like to know each other better by having an informal party this coming Sunday in the department conference room at 6:30 p. m. We’ve invited all our teachers and we do hope you could come. We’ve prepared some performances and a few games for all to participate in.
