Marketing and Sales

Research and Development (R&D)
    Any company in our business must make great efforts to develop new and better products. Our R&D will certainly make us more competitive. But creative ideas do not come from only R&D departments; they also come from the creative thinking and participation of all employees. Human Resources
    Our company’s most valuable resources are its employees. In the years ahead I would like to see our efforts doubled in on-the-job training. To achieve this goal I have asked Barbara Johnson to head a new department, Human Resources and Employee Development, which will coordinate (协调) a company-wide effort.
