    Since different person may come across different crisis, it is difficult to answer why personal crisis will happen and what leads to the situation. It depends. But the main origins and causes can be concluded in the following three aspects: lack of strong mind and personal incompetence to overcome difficulty, disadvantageous surroundings, and bad luck. Only when one person does well in all these three aspects, can he or she avoid personal crisis.
    But anyway, all is not lost that is in danger. Every cloud has a silver lining. One will surely come out from the crisis if he masters the fight methods.  At first, he should envisage the crisis with the right eye. And then, he should be strongly - minded and be perseverant all the time. Thirdly, he should try his best to improve relation with his boss, colleagues, partners, friends, and his family members in order to get a better surrounding. At last, he should try to grasp every chance to make progress. In this way, the crisis can be transferred to success.

   本文可以这样写：首先第一段介绍在生活和工作节奏不断加快的今天，人们会碰到各种各样的个人危机，如：工作事业上的，婚恋家庭上的，人际关系上的等等；第二段则按照提纲中的第十点重点分析造成个人危机的起因，主要有自身处理事物能力不足，外部环境较为不利，以及运气不佳等等；第三段则根据提纲中第二点提出应对个人危机的方法，要根据第二段中的起因来提应对方法，可以写需要个人有坚强的意志毅力和不懈的努力奋斗，积极改善外部环境，善于抓住机遇；第四段可以适当
发挥，进——步阐明自己的观点，并提出希望。
   当然，也可以按照提纲就写两段，只要说清问题即可。
