    Presently, a great many people spare no pains to practise various styles of regimen. However, people’s attitudes towards it vary. For those who go in for it, keeping fit is their most significant purpose, which is the foundation of a healthy life. Regimen caters to the need of the sedentary people who have little time to take part in physical activities. Another reason is that it is a good way for them to release stress from their daily life.
    In contrast to the above, others disapprove of it. For one thing, they doubt the scientific basis of some certain styles of regimen, as plenty of incidents are reported constantly owing to the misuse of regimen. For another, they hold the view that it is a waste of time and energy, for the effects might not be as immediate as expected.
    It is indisputable that health is indispensable to a happy life. One should not believe in regimen blindly for some of them may have no scientific evidence, but having a healthy life style, like doing exercise, eating more fruit and vegetable, is of greater significance.
