答案     The way to success combines a variety of factors, of which competition and cooperation are the two most prominent ones. However, as to which one is more important for success, we can see a disparity in people’s opinions.
    Some believes that to be successful, we must be good at competing with others. With limited resources and a large population in our country, we need to constantly compete for better chances to stand out. In a sense, competition is one of the motive forces to social development. However, others advocate that cooperation plays a more important role. As a saying goes, "United, we stand; divided, we fall." Joint effort brings about more possibilities and opportunities, which enables people to make more achievements than expected.
    In my opinion, both competition and cooperation contribute a lot to success. Through competition, we can realize our strong points and shortcomings; while by cooperation, our strong points will be strengthened and our shortcomings will be complemented.
