    "Slimness" is a new word which appears in our daily life. It is different from the traditional words "Weight Control" which just means to cut down or lose the unnecessary fat. Apart from this, slimness goes further. It also means to reshape your beautiful body and selfimage which can make you more selfconfident and suitable to the society.
    Why do people like to slim now? Firstly, they have realized that fatness is harmful to health because it can cause diseases such as heart attack and high blood pressure or even the stroke. Secondly, overweight may spoil their image, especially for some young girls. They think they will not be loved by handsome boys. Thirdly, a goodlooking figure can not only attract people but make you feel more selfconfident than ever before.
    There are many ways for you lo slim. For example, you can take a proper diet which requires eating less fat and more vegetables. Another way is exercises such as riding horse or swimming. They all work very well.
