    But how to improve our health? This is a question we must consider before doing anything. First, we should keep a good mood. Anger and negative moods darken our day and harm our health, so we should try to keep happy by showing tolerance (3) when the irritating moments come. Second, we should have a balanced diet(4) so that we have a reasonable intake of nutrition, which lays a solid foundation for good health(5). Third, remember to exercise. In fact, exercising doesn’t have to take place in the expansive gym. Jogging, swimming, and walking are all good ways to help us keep fit.
