    I will miss many things about Beijing. I have often【S5】______on the subway and buses and in taxis. Over the years, I have had countless discussions with people I’ve met on the subway or bus or with taxi drivers. I’ve certainly enjoyed these conversations and through them learned a lot about China. I have【S6】______that Chinese spend a lot of time thinking about the same kinds of questions Americans think about, such as how to provide the best educational opportunities for their children.     I will also miss the little things that make Beijing the special place it is: the famous Beijing "hutongs" and "siheyuan" and the closely-knit communities which【S8】______them; the men and women who sing Peking opera at Tiantan Park.
