    I often wonder what China will be like in 2050. Among the other things, what is more significant for me lies in the following.
    What we need is not absolutely high productivity and advanced technology, rather a reasonable GDP and more equal per capita(每人) income. Instead of private cars, why not to develop a more wise and efficient public transportation and communication system? 50 years later, there should be no more illiterate and over half of the population should be able to receive higher education with the other half high school graduates. In time majority will be able to realize the benefit of the relation between the size of population and social well-being. In time, husband and wife will be able and eager to share house work and childcare duties.
    I think what is said above will be more valuable and worthwhile for us to fight for.
