    Now, more than ever, innovation becomes a key factor of competitiveness. Companies succeed in incorporating innovative strategies, tools, processes and people will find more opportunities in the marketplace. Innovation determines a company’s destination. Take electronic equipment manufacturers as examples. Apple, fearlessly incorporating innovative technology, launches a series of new products and rapidly captures the international market. Nokia, in comparison, loses its market-leading position in China because of its insufficient innovation.
    To be innovative, a company should draw on collective wisdom. One the one hand, an employee’s innovation should get the nod. On the other hand, a company should stimulate the staff’s initiative and creativity. Only by this way can a company maintains its vitality.
