     (2) This issue results from two aspects. First, many undergraduates are looking for jobs. They hope to get a job with high salary and other pensions. So the government and the society face great pressure. More job opportunities are needed to create for them. Second, there are many vacancies of jobs in the west. So there comes an imbalance between the supply and demand in the east and the west. Few people want to seek jobs in the west. They prefer to live in the major cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai and other developed areas.
     (3) To solve this issue, it is a better choice to encourage people to seek jobs in the west. This also helps to develop local economy and offer a brand new chance for graduates.
