答案    The picture shows that a father is angrily breaking the TV screen for he believes there is too much violence on TV. This thought-provoking picture prompts me to have a look at the impact of TV programs so that I can make the best use of TV programs while at the same time guard against their negative influences.
   Just as every coin has two sides, TV programs have both advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, they can add spices to our lives by providing us with all kinds of information and entertainment. On the other hand, they can exert negative impacts on the public, too. To begin with, children who are still lack of judgement tend to be misled due to the contents of violence, sex and drug abuse on TV. Additionally, with TV programs occupying much of our time, we lack time to communicate with others. Hence there comes the extending gap among people.
   As I see it, we should mind ourselves when watching TV. To be more specific, we should be cautious about negative impact of TV programs.
