   Change is conducive to one’s growth and improvement in many ways. On the one hand, change endows us with a whole enchanted palace of thoughts, which provides us with a wider perspective and more innovative ideas to locate a problem and fix it. On the other hand, the competition in modern society actually is the competition of knowledge, competence and talented people. Only those who change and emancipate their minds can keep pace with the time and maintain a competitive edge.
   By all accounts, it’s time to put special emphasis on the importance of stopping being stuck in a rut. Moreover, what reinforces my sense of change is that the only constant thing is change itself, which is the icing on the cake and can make life more colorful and no longer drab. Don’t believe it?
