W Do you ever read the company magazine or newsletter?
M I skim the newsletter on occasion. I mean, it appears in our inboxes every week, so it’s pretty easy to give it a quick look. As for the magazine, I confess I almost never read it.
W Why is that? There’s pretty much always a pile of them somewhere. Why do you suppose you rarely check them out?
M I suppose because I tend to think of it as a marketing vehicle. I don’t really consider it as something that’s written for employees: I think of it as something for the customers to read, not us.
